I am so thankful to Fred and his expert advice in matters concerning my small business. He was able to guide me in the right direction. In the world today it is hard to know who to trust and who is going to give sound and ethical advice without charging you a fee. He was warm and friendly and didn't make me feel like the decisions I had made were suicidal, in fact just the opposite. Looks like I have a new lawyer and I highly recommend that he be your lawyer too.
